Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking once your order has shipped. All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Waterdown, Ontario, Canada.

Please note: 

• Unexpected high order volumes or courier service issues may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
• Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, even for expedited or upgraded shipping options.
• Tea At The White House is not responsible for delays or packages arriving after a specific date, and late delivery does not qualify for a refund. 

US Shipments

Tea At The White House is not responsible for any delays in transit due to customs clearances. All additional tax, duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. 

ICS Next Day

We use ICS courier for many of our deliveries across Canada. ICS Next Day is a cost-effective method to get your delivery quickly. Once ICS picks up the shipment it will be delivered the next business day. However we still require 2 business days to process your order. So you may not receive your order for 2-4 business days.
